Where does Kind Kit ship to?

Kind Kit is based in Melbourne, Australia, but we ship to families the world over.  There have been many current global issues that contribute to postage and packaging delays internationally and to rural and
remote areas locally, but we do our best to pack and dispatch your order the day your order is received.

How much is shipping?

We offer free (standard) shipping for domestic orders over $150.  For all other orders there is a standard shipping flat rate of $12.

International orders are shipped at a flat rate of NZ- $25 and Rest of the World at $45.

If you buy a voucher to include in a kit for the underwear or additional items, a flat rate of $10 applies to those additional items and is included in the voucher amount.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change, cancel or amend an order, please contact us ASAP at hello@kindkit.net .In the email please include your order number and phone number in the subject line of email and specify action required for your Kind Kit.

We process all emails within 24 hours of receiving them and can only accommodate alterations to the order if the parcel has not been shipped.  We do our absolute best to reply to requests prior to dispatch of your order.

Are the products and packaging recyclable?

Where possible our packaging and materials are recycled, recyclable, sustainable and /or reusable. Our absolute priority is giving the client the best possible experience and results for recovery, with care and purpose.  Where our brand and ethos aligns with packaging and material with other brands, we use them in our product line.

Our boxes, kraft paper, tea bags, tea tags and food pouches are recyclable. We have an ongoing missions to reduce our ecological footprint from concept, design and execution of our product line.

Refunds and exchanges?

At this stage of our business growth we cannot facilitate refunds.  Many of our products involve personal hygiene
or food and in the best interests of customer health and well being, returns of underwear, breastfeeding kits or food items cannot be returned for refund. 

Exchanges can be made on kits where the box of the kit has not been opened, damaged or tampered with in anyway. We can only exchange for another kit or provide a voucher for future purchases, again only on kit boxes that have not been opened, damaged or tampered with.  Postage return of kits for exchange or voucher is at the cost of the client or person buying the kit.

What if the underwear does not fit?

If the underwear is for a friend or loved one, we suggest adding a voucher specific for the underwear. The person receiving the kit can measure themselves once they receive the kit and order the underwear accordingly.  We cannot refund or exchange these items once the postage packaging has been removed.
